Acceptable Use Policy

#1. Purpose

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is to establish the rules and guidelines for utilizing the OraServ platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

#2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the OraServ platform to:

  • Violate Laws: Engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or ordinance.
  • Spam and Unsolicited Messaging: Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation through our integrated SMS and email features.
  • Malicious Code: Upload, transmit, or distribute any computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code engineered to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware.
  • Data Scraping: Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
  • Harassment: Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including customers, employees of OraServ, or third parties.

#3. System and Network Security

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Prohibited security violations include:

  • Accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access.
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
  • Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.

#4. Enforcement

OraServ reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to strictly enforce this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing a warning.
  • Suspending your access to the Service.
  • Terminating your account entirely.
  • Reporting the activity to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
